Sr. Daly was born in Washington, D.C. She is the oldest of four children. She joined the Daughters of Charity after High School and has served in many capacities. She has her bachelors in Education with an emphasis on Psychology and History. She has taught all of the grades, from 1-12 and has served in Dallas, Texas; Perryville, Missouri, West Plains, Missouri, Keokuk, Iowa. She received a Master’s degree from Loyola University in New Orleans in Pastoral Theology. She has served in Parish Ministry in Arkansas, Springfield, Missouri. She has also been very fortunate to minister with youth and young adults. This has been in the capacity as the director of a volunteer program for young adults. She has also been the Vocation Directress for her community. Most recently, she served as the Formation Director for the Saint Vincent DePaul Society in New Orleans and the Director of Stepping Stones, a program that mentors people toward more sustainable living. Currently she continues to work with the Stepping Stones Program and volunteers as the Director of Volunteers at the Ozanam Inn in New Orleans.
