Avery Natal was a charming, beautiful young woman at LSU studying to be a child psychiatrist. Her selfless, compassionate heart helped her overcome her OCD and made her the kind of person who consistently inspired others to kindness. Her tragic accident left her family and community in shock and wondering what to do with their grief. But Mike and Monique Natal have refused to allow her loss to deprive the world of Avery’s love and tenderness. With humble faith and an unwavering dedication, they have put together the Avery Natal Foundation that continues to encourage students in Psychology, Humanities, Social Studies, or related fields to bring healing and hope to the world and which provides care packages for families who have suddenly lost a child. It hasn’t been an easy road, but the Natals are still a family - and Avery is still making the world a better place. Tickets are $15 (all donations go toward the Avery Natal Foundation.) Light refreshments will be served.
