To request facility use for a parish ministry/organization, please click the button below.
Using this online form allows you to receive a confirmation email that your request has been received and is being processed. Even if you come into the office or call us, this form will be generated for you so that you and we may track the status of your request.
(You will usually receive a response as to whether or not your request can be fulfilled within 3 business days.) If you would only like information or to check potential use dates, call Jeannie Callaway at (985) 641-6429 MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 10 am to 3:30 pm or email anytime at [email protected]. Mr. Hammell manages all on-sight needs for the facilities and campus and is your first point of contact once your reservation is made. All ministries/organizations must adhere to his directions or requests. Failure to do so may result in your ministry/organization losing privileges to use parish facilities.
Once your request has been approved and confirmed, you will receive a confirmation number in an email to your Event Supervisor. Please refer to that confirmation number if you have a change, cancellation, or problem. We’ll be happy to assist you.
YOU MUST PROVIDE CHANGE OR CANCELLATION INFORMATION NO LATER THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR EVENT/MEETING! Failure to do so three times will cancel your confirmation for facility use and may prevent you from further requests to use facilities on campus. We are happy to serve you and can respond to your changes or cancellations within 24 hours.
