Attending Another Church

Confirmed Catholic attending another Church

"I have a son who no longer attends Mass, he now goes to Methodist church with his wife who is a devout Methodist. (They had permission to marry in her church, and a priest also officiated. I am worried about his soul, since it is a mortal sin to miss Mass. He is a confirmed Catholic-should know better, but will he be condemned if he should die tomorrow? I am so worried."

This question can't be answered definitively as only God can judge.

But, we always rely on God's infinite mercy and patience and pray for conversion of his heart.  

You state he 'should know better', but perhaps he doesn't fully understand what he's doing.
